Ping Hao

CEO & CO-FOUNDER
At Walmart.com, Ping built and led the growth of the Marketplace since its early start in 2015 from 250 sellers to over 20,000, establishing a multi-billion revenue business and the fastest growing global eCommerce marketplace in the United States.

She has been a key speaker at the World Alliance Forum, keynote moderated “Driving Global Digital Transformation” for a CPG industry leader and led ”Brand Success on a Global Marketplace” to senior brand and retail leadership.

Ping is widely recognized for her ability to build affinity networks in entrepreneurship and family caregiving. She was honored by the Dean of the Harvard Business School for her contributions on the global alumni board and her terms as President and Board Member in Northern California where she continues to serve on the Advisory board. She has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and MBA from Harvard Business School.

She enjoys her time as a judge for the Licensing International Excellence Awards and Modern Retail.

Burke White

PRESIDENT & CO-FOUNDER
With over 25 years of omni-channel retail experience, Burke is highly regarded for his ability to connect products, partners, programs, and channels to brand value and purpose. His nuanced understanding of brands, specialty retail, distribution, and industry shaped the tremendous growth of the Walmart.com marketplace.

He defined and managed the Partner Success team at Walmart.com where he and his team launched several of the industry's most recognizable brands. Prior, he had several leadership roles as President and Director in the sporting and outdoor industry of fly fishing.

Burke is committed to helping retail partners identify and activate new opportunities and succeed during challenging times. Assembling all the necessary components of the retail value chain to drive sales conversion and customer satisfaction on marketplaces is his specialty. He has a B.A. in Communications from the University of California, Davis
Daniel Nguyen

Daniel Nguyen

PRODUCT LEADER, MACHINE LEARNING & DATA SCIENCE
Dan's career has been focused on software products and technologies encompassing machine learning, mobile, and enterprise.

His experience includes leading a machine learning product at Oracle and as head of products for deep learning company Emotient (acquired by Apple), which commercialized technology for detecting facial emotions, applied to media testing and advertising, and other industries.

Prior to Emotient, Dan was Vice President of product management at Openwave where he worked on carrier-scale mobile infrastructure software spanning mobile messaging, email, network optimization, cloud apps, and developer ecosystem development. Earlier in his career, he worked at Procter & Gamble where Dan built supply chain logistics software systems for the laundry and cleaning business, Sun Microsystems, and startups. He earned a B.S. in engineering at Cornell University and MBA at Harvard Business School.

Shreepad was on the original Walmart.com marketplace team leading seller prospecting and analytics for the acquisition team as Senior Project Manager at Datamatics Global Services.

Prior, Shreepad led and managed mission critical projects for top Fortune 50 clients in eCommerce, retail, telecommunications, and banking. Shreepad is certified as an Agile Scrum Master and has a B.S. and MBA in International Business Management from Bharti Vidyapeeth University in India.

With over 30 years in retail merchandising and brand leadership roles, Steve is a proven brand builder, steward and advocate, building growing brand opportunities into highly successful enduring partnerships. From specialty outdoor brands to fashion, active apparel, eyewear, and consumer electronics, Steve has collaborated with some of the most renowned global brands and retailers.

Steve was Chief Merchant for Moosejaw Mountaineering with a dual role as Senior DMM for Outdoor for Walmart global eCommerce, where he oversaw all strategic merchandising initiatives, product and business development. Prior, Steve held executive leadership roles at Federated/Macy's Department Stores, Gaylan's Trading Co., and The Sports Authority.

Steve thrives on driving growth by combining a passion for exceptional product experiences with data-driven decision-making. Whether it's innovating within established categories, building new brand portfolios, or mentoring high-performing teams, he is committed to delivering impactful, customer-centric results. Steve graduated from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University.
